For over 40 years, La Mauricie National Park offers to visitors from all over the world memorable recreational and educational experiences. It is part of Canada’s parks and historic sites. The rest of the first day will be at your disposal: we recommend an open-air tour at the Parc Nationale de La Pointe Taillon (about 44m from your hotel). On the second day you will sail for a small cruise on the Saguenay Fjord, starting at 10am and returning at 5pm from La Baie (83km from Lake Saint Jean). The scenery of the Parc National du Fjord-du-Saguenay is really amazing! In this magnificent place, nature has used the colossal force of the glaciers to create the fjord. Majestically enclosed in the hollow of two mountain ranges, the Saguenay fjord flows from St. Fulgence to Tadoussac and is among the longest fjords, and further south, of the world!
At the end of the cruise, return to Hotel, free dinner and overnight stays.

Seventh DayTadoussac, Parc Marin du Saguenay
After breakfast you will transfer to Tadoussac (90 m.),
where you will arrive late in the morning and settle in Hotel. Tadoussac is a small village situated at the confluence of the salt and warm waters of the Saint Lawrence River with the sweet and cold waters of the Saguenay River. This confluence creates a marine environment well suited for the proliferation of krill, favorite whale food. The whole area around Tadoussac is the ideal center for observing these spectacular cetaceans. In fact, in the afternoon you will be doing your whale-watching tour. The Beluga whites are
local, while other species of cetaceans converge during the summer season.
At the end, return to Hotel and overnight stay.

Eighth and Ninth Days La Malbaie
Today, after breakfast, the transfer to the South, La Malbaie (56 m.), with arrival in the morning and accommodation at the Hotel. In the afternoon you will visit the National des Grands Jardins National Park (56 m. from the hotel). Since 1981, under the Parks Act, the Grands-Jardins National Park protects much of Quebec’s natural heritage, making it accessible for educational and tourist purposes. A herd of caribou and lichens  of red fir, unusual to these latitudes, are among the reasons for the existence of this park and its emblem is the Spruce Grouse: a surprisingly volatile one that you will be able to observe within the park itself.
At the end of the visit, return to the hotel and overnight.
On the second day of your stay at La Malbaie, in the morning or afternoon of your choice, you will embark on another mini-cruise: this time you navigate the rivers that roam the Haute Gorges park, which owes its name to a series of valleys that cut it deep. The cliffs that surround these gorges are among the highest rock walls east of the Rocky Mountains! The steep slopes, the beautiful natural environment and the unusual Rivière Malbaie course make this park a very impressive place.
The rest of the day (morning or afternoon) will be available.
So, back to the hotel and overnight stay.

Tenth Day Quebec City
After breakfast, the journey to Quebec City (92 m) will not last more than two hours / two and a half hours. Arrival is due late in the morning. After settling in your 3-4 star hotel, you will have the rest of the day at your disposal for a first visit to the city using your road-book or the guided tour if you ask for it. Quebec City is one of the oldest in North America and its Old Town has been declared World Heritage by UNESCO. It is very picturesque, with its cobbled streets between houses and churches of the 1600s and 1700s. Quebec boasts beautiful places to visit such as the Frontenac Castle, the Citadel, Place Royale, the Notre Dame de Quebec Basilica, interesting museums and much more.
At the end of the visit, return to the hotel, then free dinner and overnight stay.

Eleventh Day Trois Rivieres
Breakfast and transfer to Trois Rivieres (126 km). Arrival in the morning and accommodation at the hotel. In the afternoon, boat tour of the villa or visit the city with your road-book.
Trois Riviere is the first big city in Quebec to be named Canada’s cultural capital by the Canadian Heritage. It is the second oldest French-speaking city in North America (founded in 1634) and one of the three historic districts along Chemin du Roy. Trois Riviere is the gateway to the River San Lorenzo for the international cruise line. The nearby Lac St-Pierre, the Biosphere Reserve (UNESCO site), despite the quality of its waters being constantly threatened by the great anthropization of upstream areas, is an important place for “migration” of countless aquatic birds and nesting herons, more numerous here than anywhere else in North America. The city center is famous around the world for its festivals and is the world capital of poetry.
Return to hotel and overnight stay.

Twelfth and Thirteenth Days Mont Tremblant
We will have breakfast, then we will transfer to Mont Tremblant (155 miles). Arrival in the early afternoon and accommodation at the hotel.
In the afternoon, guided hike to the Via Ferrata du Diable: exciting trekking between steep paths, rope bridges and short climbing!
All in absolute safety and under the careful look of expert guides. Reserved for everyone, beginners and experts, from 8 years up. The second day will be devoted to the various possibilities of “en pleine air” activities: aside romantic walks in the forests in the full Autumn Foliage, you can practice canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, rafting, flightseeing flight by plane or helicopter, rock climbing, zip lines etc … all these activities are available on request.
The Parc National du Mont Tremblant, with its six large rivers, 400 lakes and streams, is a paradise for those who love trekking and canoeing. It is a rich amalgam of natural and historical heritage of Quebec, is the largest and oldest park in the region, so vast that it houses 40 species of mammals. Here is the famous Via Ferrata du Diable, where you can practice an intermediate activity between hiking and climbing and that will allow you to discover the mountains of the park in an absolutely unique way.
The Parc National du Mont-Tremblant is open all year round and reserve surprises to everybody.

Fourteenth Day Ottawa
After breakfast, with a journey of 102 m. you will reach the last destination of the trip: Ottawa. Arrived late in the morning and set up at your hotel, you will have all afternoon for visiting the city. Crossed by the Ottawa River and on the border between Quebec and Ontario, this city does not pretend to imitate the “grandeur” pursued in the construction of other capital cities such as Brasilia and Washington, but it has several noteworthy points of interest such as the Parliament Building , the ByWard Market, the National Gallery of Canada and the Canadian Museum of Nature. Its Rideau Canal (125 miles from the Ottawa River to Lake Ontario) becomes “the longest ice skating rink in the world” in winter, while in summer it is run by numerous pleasure boats.
As an alternative to the city’s “surface” visit, you can choose to admire its architecture and its parks from above by flying on a hot air balloon. Its suburb, Gatineau, hosts a festival dedicated to “flying balloons” annually, usually between the end of August and the early days of September. The balloon flight option is however accessible throughout the beautiful season.
At the end, return to the hotel overnight stay.

Fifteenth Day return
Breakfast
Transfer to the airport, delivery of rented car and return flight.
