Ontario and Quebec in 7 days

Travel duration 7 Days
Starting price 670,00 €

First day– Line Flight from Italy to Toronto
Departing from Italy with Scheduled Flight. Upon your arrival at Toronto International Airport, you will pick up your rented car and go to your Hotel.  The rest of the day will be at your disposal for a first contact with the city. Before your return to the hotel, dinner is offered by Le Reve in an elegant restaurant of the city center. Once finished dinner, return to the Hotel and overnight stay.

Second day – Niagara Falls
After having breakfast, traveling by car about 130 km, first on 403 to the south, then, from Burlington, with 81, you will head towards Niagara Falls. Arrived here you can choose whether to just enjoy the show from the mainland or take a short boat tour (with the Maid of the Mist, for example) that will take you as close as possible to the waterfalls. “Journey Behind the Falls” is an interesting addition. At the end of your visit to the falls with your car you will head north. Destination: Algonquin Park (213 miles). In the evening, you will arrive at your lodge at the park.

Third day – Algounquin Park
Algonquin, about nineteen miles from your lodge, is the first provincial park and one of Ontario’s widest. Created for the protection of a wide variety of animal species, it offers opportunities to practice various open-air activities. First of all, of course, wildlife observation in its natural environment, then kayaking, canoeing, sailing, trekking, mountain biking etc… Once you cross the park, you will continue your journey to Ottawa (207 miles), where you will arrive in the evening and settle in your lodge for the night.

Fourth day – Ottawa
Today you can devote the day to the city tour with the help of the roadbook. It takes its name from the Ottawa River and is located on the border between Quebec and Ontario. This city does not want to imitate the “grandeur” pursued in the construction of other capitals such as Brasilia and Washington, for example, however, it has several noteworthy points of interest such as the Parliament Building, ByWard Market, National Gallery of Canada and the Canadian Museum of Nature. Its Rideau Canal (125 miles, from Ottawa River to Lake Ontario), in winter it becomes “the longest ice skating rink in the world”, while in summer there are numerous pleasure boats that sail there. The afternoon will be at your disposal, perhaps to enjoy the spectacle of the parks from above, flying on a balloon.
In the evening, return to the hotel and overnight.

Fifth day – Montreal
This morning transfer is planned in Montreal (200km) with arrival in the morning and accommodation at the Hotel in double room, with breakfast. In the afternoon guided tour of the major attractions of the city: Mont Royal, St. Joseph’s Oratory, the underground city with over 500 shops, Old Montreal, Place d’Armes and the imposing basilica of Notre Dame.
At the end, return to the hotel and overnight.

Sixth day – Montreal
Today’s visit to the Laurenzian Mountains will cover the whole day. Along the way you will cross several small, traditional “french style” villages and admire the magnificent landscapes of the area. At the end of the excursion, return to Montreal hotel and overnight.

Seventh day – flight to Vancouver or return flight
Your stay in Quebec ends today. You will then go to the airport where you will return your rented car and
will board the plane.
